At Big Bear Vans, we usually use a 3.2 cu ft refrigerator with 19" depth, allowing a nice pass-through width. We place this in the kitchen cabinet.

We normally use refrigerators from:

RecPro: Without freezer.

Vankea: Similar parameters but with a freezer.

Vertifrigo: With fridge/freezer (costs $800 more).
