"Our Montreal 170 AWD Sprinter with a Pop Top Roof is a thoroughly insulated, winter-ready campervan designed for families and travelers who need extra sleeping space without sacrificing drivability. The van features a fully off-grid electrical system, a heated hydraulic flooring system, a water-air diesel heater, a spacious indoor bathroom with a hidden pantry, generous storage, and an elevated Pop Top sleeping area, making it an ideal home on wheels for every season. "
The biggest upgrade in the Montreal Pop Top build is the addition of a Pop Top roof, bringing in natural light, an open-air feel, and two additional sleeping spaces. With this layout, the van comfortably accommodates up to seven sleeping positions:
2 people on the Pop Top upper sleeping area
2 people on the Elevator Bed
2 people on the Dinette Bed
1 person on the Double Swivel Extra Seat (folds flat into a bed)
This enhanced layout makes the Montreal Pop Top an excellent choice for families and groups who want extra sleeping capacity while maintaining the same premium off-grid, four-season capabilities.
Most camper vans force a trade-off between adventure and comfort — the Montreal refuses to pick one. From the signature Elevator Bed to seating that adapts to fit your crew, every detail is designed to feel less like roughing it and more like home, no matter where you're parked.

This layout is all about breathing room. It's made for couples and solo travelers who value open space more than extra seats that end up going unused.
On the side opposite the sliding door, a built-in storage cabinet with multiple drawers keeps your clothing, cookware, and gear neatly organized and easy to reach.
Nestled between the front seats is a front swivel table — ideal for your morning coffee, getting some laptop work done, or as a compact spot to eat. Want extra seating instead? Swap the swivel table for a jump seat, adding room for a third passenger without sacrificing what makes this layout work so well.
Organized. Comfortable. Room to move without bumping into anything. That's the heart of this layout.

Traveling with an extra person? The 3-Person Layout swaps the larger storage cabinet for a slimmer one and pairs it with a comfortable sofa alongside. This isn't a fold-down afterthought — it's real seating, built to keep the living space both functional and welcoming.
Underneath the sofa, you'll find built-in storage — extra room for luggage, gear, or everyday essentials. Come bedtime, that same storage platform opens up and fits a cushion or mattress, turning it into an extra bed for a third sleeper.

Families need more seats, but not at the expense of everything else that makes a van feel livable. The 4-Person Layout solves this with a double swivel seat on the driver side, facing the sliding door, creating an inviting, social space without giving up functionality.
The double swivel seat turns a full 180° into the living area, then folds flat into a compact bed whenever you need extra sleeping room. It's a flexible setup that balances seating, comfort, and day-to-day practicality for life on the road.

Every family travels differently, which is why the 5-Person Layout was built around flexibility. Pick the seating setup that matches how you actually use the van.
Go with three individual captain seats for maximum personal space and comfort. Each one swivels a full 180 degrees to face the living area once you're parked, and converts into an extra bed when you need more room to sleep.
Prefer a more open, streamlined interior? The triple swivel bench is a great fit. Or mix one captain seat with one double swivel seat for a balance of comfort and versatility — the double swivel seat also rotates 180 degrees toward the living area and folds into a bed, adding even more flexibility for seating and sleeping.
No matter which configuration you pick, the essentials stay the same: a spacious interior, premium build quality, ample storage, and enough flexibility to comfortably fit everyone along for the ride.

Bigger group, same premium feel. The 7-Person Layout comfortably fits up to seven people without the interior feeling packed or shuttle-bus-like.
Just behind the front cab sits a double swivel seat that rotates a full 180 degrees to face the living area once parked. Paired with two face-to-face captain seats — also 180-degree swivel — it creates a spacious lounge area where everyone can relax, eat, chat, or just unwind after hours on the road.
Both the captain seats and the double swivel seat fold into beds, adding extra sleeping space whenever it's needed.
Built for cross-country trips, family adventures, and weekend escapes, this layout brings together premium comfort, flexible seating, and versatile sleeping options for larger groups.

The integrated Pop-Top transforms the roof into a spacious second bedroom, providing extra sleeping capacity while keeping the main living area completely functional.
A sturdy center-mounted ladder, located directly in front of the bathroom, provides easy access to the upper sleeping area. Large screened windows bring in fresh air and natural light, creating a comfortable place to sleep while maintaining excellent ventilation.
Combined with the Signature Elevator Bed and convertible dinette, the Pop-Top gives the Montreal even greater flexibility for families and adventure groups.

The Elevator Bed is what sets this layout apart. By day, it tucks up against the ceiling, keeping the interior open and airy while the face-to-face dinette benches stay fully usable for seating and meals.
Ready to sleep? Just press a button, and the Elevator Bed lowers smoothly into position, setting up a comfortable sleeping area in seconds. Insulated flare windows on either side add extra sleeping room while boosting comfort and airflow.
It's a clever, space-saving solution — an open living area by day, a cozy bedroom by night, all with the push of a button.

This is where life inside the van comes together. Whether you're enjoying breakfast before hitting the road, working on your laptop during the day, or gathering for dinner after a long drive, the face-to-face dinette benches create a comfortable and welcoming space for every moment.
The area can be equipped with one or two removable tables, allowing you to configure the space to suit your needs. When it's time to sleep, the dinette benches easily convert into an additional bed, providing extra sleeping space without sacrificing functionality.
It's a smart, multi-purpose design that ensures every inch of the van serves more than one purpose, delivering maximum comfort, flexibility, and everyday practicality.

A great trip deserves a great kitchen. That's why we offer two kitchen configurations: a Long Kitchen and a Short Kitchen, allowing you to choose the layout that best fits your seating needs.
The Long Kitchen is ideal for layouts with fewer seats, maximizing countertop space and storage. If your layout includes an additional captain seat, the Short Kitchen provides a more compact footprint while maintaining the same everyday functionality.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a spacious refrigerator and freezer, a deep sink with a bamboo cover, a built-in microwave, water filtration, and plenty of cabinetry to keep your cookware, groceries, and essentials organized.
Whether you choose the Long Kitchen or the Short Kitchen, you're getting a complete workstation with no compromises. From a quick breakfast before the drive to preparing a full family dinner at camp, both kitchens are designed to handle it all.

No more waiting in line for the campground shower. This private shower comes with hot and cold water, a retractable door, built-in shelves, mirrors, and a portable Dry Flush toilet — everything a real bathroom needs, just compact.
There's also an exterior hot-and-cold shower for rinsing off sand, trail dust, or sweat before stepping inside. Feels like home. Even a thousand miles away from it.

The best campsites don't have hookups — that's usually what makes them the best ones. The Montreal 2.0 carries a 1200Ah lithium battery bank, an 180W solar panel, shore power, DC-to-DC charging, and a 3000W inverter, covering lighting, appliances, and everyday power needs without a second thought.
Work remotely. Camp off the beaten path. The trip doesn't have to end where the pavement does.
Snowy mornings. Hundred-degree afternoons. The Montreal 2.0 doesn't pick a season. Premium 3M Thinsulate insulation, an advanced glycol heating system, rooftop AC, and a powerful roof fan work together to keep the cabin livable no matter what the forecast says. Wherever the trip takes you, the van keeps up.
